Manchester woman arrested in Sunday stabbing

MANCHESTER — Manchester Police, with the assistance of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 39-year-old Holly Crawford of Manchester in connection with a stabbing that occurred Sunday afternoon.

On Feb. 4, at approximately 2 p.m., officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the area of 468 Union St. Upon arrival, they found a 27-year-old woman suffering from a stab wound to her left side.

The injuries were reported as non-life-threatening, and the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Witnesses at the scene informed police that an argument between the victim and another woman escalated, resulting in the stabbing.

Following an investigation, police identified Holly Crawford as the suspect.

Crawford was located and taken into custody on Feb. 5.

She has been charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
