JEFFERSONVILLE — Troopers from the Vermont State Police Williston barracks responded to a theft report at the Aubuchon Hardware store on Jan. 24 at 2:48 p.m.
During the investigation, surveillance footage showed Jesse Miller, 34, of Waterville, allegedly stealing a DeWalt 6 AH battery.
Miller was subsequently issued a citation to appear in Lamoille County Court to face charges related to the retail theft.
The Vermont State Police continue to investigate the incident and urge anyone with information to come forward.
