Portsmouth police seek help identifying persons of interest in Walmart theft

PORTSMOUTH — Local authorities are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying several individuals in connection with a theft that occurred at a Walmart store on Jan. 17.

The Portsmouth Police Department released photos of the persons of interest and are asking anyone with information about their identities to come forward.

Community members who recognize the individuals or have any relevant information are encouraged to submit a tip through the Seacoast Crime Stoppers website at www.seacoastcrimestoppers.com/submit-a-tip.

The police have not disclosed the nature or value of the items stolen during the incident.

They continue to investigate and hope that tips from the community will lead to a resolution in the case.
