Fairfax man arrested for violating release conditions, vandalism

FLETCHER — A Fairfax man was arrested for allegedly violating his conditions of release and committing vandalism late Monday night, according to state police.

Timothy Bickings Jr., 42, was taken into custody after troopers were called to a residence on North Rd around 8:34 p.m. for a report of a release condition violation.

An investigation by the troopers from the St. Albans barracks determined that Bickings Jr. had violated court-ordered conditions and damaged property.

Following the investigation, Bickings Jr. was arrested and transported to the barracks for processing.

Bickings Jr. is scheduled to appear in Franklin Superior Court—Criminal Division on March 11 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges related to the incident.
