Providence man arrested for violating no contact order

PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Troopers apprehended 38-year-old Frank Estevez of Providence, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for his third offense of violating a no contact order.

The arrest resulted from a collaborative investigation by the State Police ACI Investigative Unit and the Providence Police Department, which led to the successful location of Estevez.

Following his arrest, Estevez was transported to the State Police Headquarters for processing.

He was subsequently handed over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men’s Intake Center, where he will be detained pending his arraignment as a bail violator.

The warrant for Estevez originated from the State Police ACI Investigative Unit, which indicates a continued effort to enforce orders of protection and no contact orders in the state.
