Corinth vandalism spree targets mailboxes, police seek information

CORINTH — Multiple residents of this small town woke up Sunday morning to find their mailboxes vandalized or stolen in an overnight spree of unlawful mischief.

Vermont State Police said they received reports on Jan. 28 of several incidents in which mailboxes were either damaged or missing entirely.

Authorities are currently in the dark about the perpetrators, with no suspects identified at this time.

Police are now appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the individuals responsible.

Residents who have seen suspicious activity or have any information related to the vandalism are urged to contact the Vermont State Police in Saint Johnsbury.
