Worcester police seek help locating missing girl

WORCESTER — The Worcester Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jaylynn Nieves, a girl reported missing in the area.

Nieves, described as 5 feet tall, was last seen wearing all black clothing and carrying a purple fleece blanket.

She was spotted at the intersection of Pleasant and Piedmont streets.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Worcester Police Department at 508-799-8606 or to call 911.

The police have not provided additional details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance but emphasize the importance of community assistance in these cases.
