TOPSHAM — A Topsham man was arrested on multiple charges, including driving under the influence, after a single-vehicle crash on RT 25 amid flurries and wet road conditions.

Vermont State Police responded to the incident involving a 2005 Subaru Forester with significant front-end damage.

The operator, identified as Travis Bombard, 36, of Barre, was found to be driving without a seat belt.

Further investigation revealed Bombard was driving with a criminally suspended license and violating conditions of release.

No injuries were reported at the scene, and no hospitalization was required.

He is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division on Feb. 7.
