LAWRENCE — A 16-year-old male from Lawrence was arrested this afternoon on charges related to a violent incident that occurred at Sullivan Park on Dec. 7.
The juvenile, whose name has not been released due to his age, was taken into custody under an arrest warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot) and assault with intent to murder.
Following the December assault, six other individuals were apprehended, all from Lawrence.
They faced similar charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot) and assault with intent to murder.
The arrested included:

Law enforcement officials have not released further details about the circumstances leading to the latest arrest.
