Dedham woman missing since Tuesday, police seek public’s help

DEDHAM — A 56-year-old woman has been reported missing after she left her home on Tuesday at noon and did not return.

Kathleen Kearney was last seen leaving her residence in Dedham on Jan. 2.

Authorities noted that Kearney, who does not have a cell phone with her, has not been in contact with friends or family since her disappearance.

The Dedham Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating her.

Kearney is described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey jacket.

She is approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds.

Kearney is known to frequent the Cambridge area, which is now a focus of the search.

Anyone with information on Kearney’s whereabouts or who may have seen her since Tuesday is urged to contact the Dedham Police Department at (781) 326-1212.

The police are calling on residents to be on the lookout and report any sightings or information that may assist in the safe return of Kearney.
