WESTFORD — A Westford man was arrested on Christmas night after Vermont State Police responded to a reported physical altercation at a residence on Pettingill Road.
Shawn Sartelle, 37, allegedly caused bodily injury to a household member, according to authorities.
State Police received the report at approximately 8:59 p.m., and upon investigation, took Sartelle into custody.
Sartelle was transported to the Vermont State Police – Williston Barracks.
After processing, he was released on court-ordered conditions and cited to appear in the Chittenden County Court on Dec. 26 at 10:30 a.m.
In keeping with their policy, the Vermont State Police have not released the name or any additional information pertaining to the victim of the domestic violence incident.
