SHELDON, VT — The Vermont State Police are seeking public assistance in identifying an erratic driver following two separate incidents on Route 105 in Sheldon. The first occurrence was on December 21, 2023, and the most recent on December 23, at approximately 11:24 p.m.

In the latest incident, state troopers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling in the wrong lane. However, the vehicle did not stop, and the police did not engage in pursuit for safety reasons.

The vehicle in question is described as an older model silver Chevy Malibu with Vermont registration plate 5195.
