Corinth man reports stolen snowmobile, police seek information

CORINTH — Vermont State Police are investigating the grand larceny of a snowmobile belonging to a local resident, officials said today.

Shawn Barbour, 37, of Corinth, reported his blue 2003 Skidoo Legend 600 stolen from his property on Chicken Farm Road.

The theft is believed to have occurred between 11 p.m. on Dec. 22 and 10 a.m. on Dec. 23.

Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the snowmobile and identifying any suspects.

Anyone with information regarding the stolen snowmobile is encouraged to contact Trooper Connery at the St. Johnsbury Barracks at 802-748-3111.
