BOSTON — The Boston Police Department issued an urgent appeal for public assistance Wednesday in locating John Mogan, a 69-year-old resident of Bellingham, who has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.
Mogan was last seen around 4 p.m. on Dec. 19 in the vicinity of East Concord Street.
Described as a 6-foot-tall white male weighing approximately 210 pounds, he was wearing a white scally cap, a dark gray sweatshirt with red lettering, and black jeans at the time of his disappearance.
The Boston Police Department is concerned for Mogan’s well-being due to his mental health issues.
They are urging anyone with information about his current location to immediately contact 911 or reach out to D-4 Detectives at 617-343-5619.
