South Burlington man charged with DUI after traffic stop

BURLINGTON — Vermont State Police arrested a man on charges of driving under the influence after observing multiple moving violations on Williston Road late Friday night.

Edward Castron, 27, of Burlington, was pulled over by troopers at around 11 p.m. following erratic driving behavior.

Upon conducting field sobriety tests, troopers determined that Castron showed several signs of impairment.

Castron was taken to the Williston Barracks for further processing.

He was subsequently cited for DUI and released with a citation to appear in court at a later date to face the charge.
