Man arrested for aiding in driver’s license fraud in Manchester

MANCHESTER — A Florida man was arrested on Dec. 11 for allegedly helping another person attempt to get a New Hampshire driver’s license using fraudulent documents.

Peter Marx, 64, of Fort Myers, was taken into custody by members of the New Hampshire State Police Troop G Investigations Unit after they received a tip about the alleged fraud at the Manchester Division of Motor Vehicles.

Marx faces two counts of tampering with public records or information.

He is scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Manchester on Feb. 12 at 8:30 a.m.

Authorities are urging anyone with further information to contact Detective Nick Quintiliani.
