Waterbury woman faces 14 counts of violating release conditions

WATERBURY — Vermont State Police arrested a local woman Wednesday on multiple counts of violating conditions of release.

Jennifer Ruest, 45, of Waterbury, was taken into custody in Morrisville at 3:55 p.m. after troopers from the Berlin Barracks received reports of her numerous violations.

She was processed at the Berlin Barracks and is being held on a $500 cash or surety bond.

Ruest is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 7 at 12:30 p.m.

State police did not provide information regarding the victim involved in the violations.
