Nashua man faces multiple drug and firearm charges

NASHUA — Robert Reidy, 32, of 12 Grand Ave, Nashua, was arrested by the Nashua Police Department on a felony warrant for the Sale of a Controlled Drug – subsequent offense.

The arrest, which involved the Nashua and Manchester Police SWAT teams, occurred without incident and resulted in multiple felony and misdemeanor charges against Reidy.

Reidy faces a total of eight felony charges, including two counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Drug – Methamphetamine, Criminal Liability to the Sale of a Controlled Drug, two counts of Felonious Use of a Firearm, Acts Prohibited Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute Heroin/Fentanyl, subsequent offense, Acts Prohibited Common Nuisance, and a misdemeanor charge of Resisting Arrest.

Following his arrest, Reidy was held on Preventative Detention.

He is scheduled for arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South today at 1 p.m.
