EDEN — Vermont State Police arrested 23-year-old Nathanael Bagley of Hardwick late Tuesday night on four active arrest warrants related to various charges.

At approximately 11:31 p.m. on Dec. 5, troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to a residence on North Road in their search for Bagley.

Intelligence led them to believe Bagley, who had failed to appear in court for previous misdemeanors and felonies, might be at the location.

The charges against Bagley include Unlawful Restraint, Unlawful Trespass of an Occupied Dwelling, Aggravated Stalking with a Deadly Weapon, Domestic Assault, Violation of Probation, and four counts of Violation of Conditions of Release.

Upon locating Bagley inside the residence, he was taken into custody without any issues.

Following the arrest, Bagley was transported to the Northeast Correction Complex due to an inability to post the combined bail set at $4,200.

Bagley is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to face his charges.
