Poultney man faces multiple violations of release conditions

POULTNEY — A local man was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly violating several court-ordered conditions of release, according to Vermont State Police.

Daryn Lowell, 33, of Poultney, was taken into custody after troopers responded to a report on Blissville Road around 12:45 a.m.

An investigation revealed that Lowell had breached multiple sets of conditions.

Following his arrest, Lowell was processed at the Rutland barracks.

He received a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court – Criminal Division later that day at 12:30 p.m.
