Nashua man arrested for fraudulent attempt to get driver’s license

NASHUA — A local man was taken into custody on Nov. 29 after attempting to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license with fraudulent documents, according to the state police.

Lakshmi Nagaraju Gogula, 23, of Nashua, was arrested by members of the New Hampshire State Police Troop G Investigations Unit.

Investigators were tipped off about Gogula’s activities at the Nashua Division of Motor Vehicles.

Gogula faces charges of tampering with public records or information.

He was arrested without incident and is scheduled for arraignment at 8:15 a.m. on Feb. 14 in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Nashua.

State police are seeking additional information in connection with the case.
