Manchester police seek help identifying person linked to November shooting

MANCHESTER — Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual in connection with a shooting that occurred at the intersection of Union and Merrimack streets in the early hours of Nov. 19.

The Manchester Police Department has not released a description or details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting but urges anyone who might have information to come forward.
