HOLLIS — On Nov. 22, at approximately 3:45 p.m., Hollis Police responded to a call regarding an erratically driven vehicle on Silver Lake Rd.

The vehicle, operated by 47-year-old Eric Terry of Brookline, was found in a local business parking lot.

Upon interaction with Terry, officers noted signs of impairment and conducted a further investigation.

They developed probable cause to arrest Terry under suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

He was taken into custody without incident and processed at the Hollis Police Department.

Terry is charged with aggravated driving under the influence (DUI), as tests indicated a breath alcohol content (BrAC) of .23, nearly three times the legal limit of .08.

Additionally, he faces an alternative count of aggravated DUI for having a passenger under 16 years old in the vehicle at the time of the offense.

After processing, Terry was released on personal recognizance bail with an arraignment scheduled at the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District.
