Bolton man arrested on DUI charge after erratic driving on I-89

BOLTON — A 23-year-old man from Barre City was arrested on suspicion of DUI after Vermont State Police responded to a report of erratic driving on Interstate 89 on Nov. 8.

Zachary Dickson was taken into custody around 6:40 p.m. when troopers located his vehicle in the breakdown lane of I-89 in Bolton.

Officials said they observed signs of impairment while interacting with Dickson.

After being processed at the state police barracks in Williston, Dickson was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Nov. 28 at 8:30 a.m.
