WORCESTER –– A 29-year-old man was fatally shot early Sunday morning on Grand St., according to Worcester Police Department.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots around 1:18 a.m. on November 5.
Upon arrival, they found the male victim lying in front of a building with a gunshot wound.
Officers provided immediate medical aid before paramedics arrived on the scene and rushed the victim to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation into the fatal shooting is still ongoing.
The Worcester Police Department is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
