Hartland man faces charges for driving with suspended license, VOCR

HARTLAND –– A local man faces charges after being identified driving with a criminally suspended license and violating conditions of release, police said.

Nathan Fields, 42, of Hartland, was found operating a vehicle on US Route 5 on Sept. 17 at 5 p.m., according to authorities.

Fields had conditions of release that prohibited him from driving without a valid driver’s license.

Fields was issued a citation on Oct. 25 to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division on Dec. 5 at 8 a.m. to answer to the charges, police said.
