HIGHGATE — A 35-year-old man from New York was arrested in Highgate yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an individual crossing the US Port of Entry at around 4:00 p.m.
Police say the man was found to be in possession of a hallucinogenic drug.
Troopers responded, at which time it was found that Oscar Luis Silva was in possession of psilocybin mushrooms.
Silva was issued a flash citation to appear in court today.
