LYNDONVILLE –– A Lyndonville woman was arrested on a felony warrant Tuesday afternoon, while another woman was cited for violation of her conditions of release, according to the Lyndonville Police Department.

Allison K. Roslund, 42, was taken into custody at 45 Jills Hill Road at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 31, on a felony arrest warrant from Caledonia Superior Court.

The warrant stemmed from Roslund’s failure to appear in court on a charge of Unlawful Trespass of an Occupied Residence.

Roslund was subsequently lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $1,000 bail.

Earlier the same day, at 12:20 p.m., Lyndonville Police responded to an ongoing disturbance at 35 Elm Street. Kasea Hill, 44, of Montpelier, was cited for violation of conditions of release.

The violation involved a court-ordered condition stipulating that Hill not harass or abuse 63-year-old Miltiades Suliveres of Lyndon.

According to officials, Hill was removed from the scene by Lyndon Rescue and transported to Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital for alcohol detoxification.

She is scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 18 at 8:30 a.m. in Caledonia Superior Court.

The cases are being handled by Officers Gerrish and Renaudette of the Lyndonville Police Department.
