Manchester police search for suspect in South Willow Street shooting

MANCHESTER –– Police are actively searching for a 26-year-old man named Joseph Finan, who is a suspect in a shooting incident that occurred last month on South Willow Street.

The Manchester Police Department responded to a shooting at 1045 South Willow Street around 11:15 p.m. on Sept. 12.

Officers interviewed multiple witnesses who reported that several vehicles were in the Taco Bell parking lot when shots were fired from one car.

The car then quickly left the scene.

Through further investigation, police determined that the individual in the car had allegedly pointed the gun at another person and issued a verbal threat.

The driver was identified as Finan, a resident of Derry.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest on charges of Reckless Conduct and Criminal Threatening.
