BRADFORD — A 40-year-old man from Ascutney was arrested for DUI following a crash in Bradford yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a crash on I-91 south at around 4:00 p.m.
The vehicle involved was no longer on the scene but was located a short time later at Pierson’s Farm Stand.
Police say the driver, Richard Hurley, and passengers were located walking near the Hannaford parking lot.
Troopers obtained statements from Hurley and a passenger.
While speaking with Hurley, police say they observed signs of impairment.
He was arrested and transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing and was released with a citation to appear in court on a later date.
