STAMFORD — A 46-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested for DUI in Stamford yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a vehicle off the road and an intoxicated man laying in the travel portion of the road on Main Road at around 4:15 p.m.
Police identified the driver as John Dix, of North Adams, MA.
While speaking with Dix, police say they identified multiple indicators of impairment.
Dix was arrested for suspicion of DUI and released on a citation to appear in court on December 11 to answer the charge.
