FAIRFAX — A 27-year-old man from Bakersfield was cited following an incident in Fairfax on October 13.
Authorities say they were notified of a road rage incident on Buck Hollow Road at around 3:30 p.m.
Police allege that Aaron Howard passed Gary Benoit, 66, of Fairfax, and stopped his vehicle blocking the road.
Police say he exited the vehicle acting in a violent and tumultuous manner.
Howard was issued a citation for aggravated disorderly conduct and negligent operation.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in court on November 21.
