BENNINGTON — A 35-year-old man from Pownal was arrested on a warrant in Bennington today.
Authorities say they were notified that Jonathan Gardner had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on Sweet Road at around 9:30 a.m.
Arraignments were made for Gardner to turn himself in at SVMC.
He was taken into custody for the arrest warrant and was transported to the Bennington County Superior Court – Criminal Division to answer for a previous charge.
