DUI crash in Burke, drugs found

BURKE — A 30-year-old man was arrested following a crash in Burke yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a single-vehicle crash on Burke Green Road at around 10:20 p.m.

Police say that Seth Kulzyck, of Burke, was traveling south on Burke Green Road in a negligent manner prior to leaving the road and crashing his vehicle.

Kulzyck displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

While searching Kulzyck following the arrest, police say he was found to be in possession of controlled and regulated drugs.

He was transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks and processed for several charges.

He was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in court on October 30 to answer for the charges of DUI, possession and control of regulated drugs, and negligent operation.
