WELLS — A 26-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault in Wells early yesterday morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault at a home on Lamb Hill Road at around 3:10 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Aidan Burrows-Merrick, of Wells, caused bodily injury to a family or household member.
Burrows-Merrick was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
He was released with court-ordered conditions to appear in court at a later date and time.
