PUTNEY — A 53-year-old man from Connecticut was cited following an incident in Putney last month.
On September 17, authorities say they attempted to stop a Nissan Pathfinder on I-91 south at around 11:15 a.m.
Police identified the driver as Shawn Kelley, of Milford, CT.
Police say Kelley failed to bring his vehicle to a stop for the trooper.
The trooper sounded a siren and displayed flashing blue and white signal lamps.
Following an investigation, Kelley was processed on October 4 at the Westminster barracks.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on November 28 and was released.
