HIGHGATE — A 38-year-old man was arrested for DUI in Highgate Springs yesterday.
Police say they were investigating an unrelated incident on Beaulieu Road when they interacted with Brennan Pepin at around 9:50 a.m.
While speaking with Pepin, police say they observed indicators of impairment and conducted a DUI investigation.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date and time to answer the charge.
