NEWBURY — A 31-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Newbury today.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance on Vermont Route 302 at around 10:50 a.m.
Police allege that Timothy Kearney, of Newbury, was in violation of court-ordered conditions of release.
He was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on November 5.
