Man arrested for DUI #2 in Rockingham

ROCKINGHAM — A 55-year-old man from Springfield was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Rockingham yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of an intoxicated man attempting to drive away from the Shell Station on Rockingham Road at around 6:05 p.m.

Police say they located Christopher J. Griswold in his vehicle behind the Shell Station.

Griswold showed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

He was transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.

He was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in court on October 3 to answer the charges.
