Fair Haven woman arrested for disorderly conduct

FAIR HAVEN –– A 46-year-old woman from Littleton, NH, was arrested by Fair Haven Police on Sept. 19 for disorderly conduct by electronic means after allegedly making threatening phone calls.

Donna M. Lavoy was taken into custody following an investigation into a report of threatening phone calls made to a resident on Liberty Street on Sept. 18.

She was located in Killington by local police.

Chief William Humphries and Ptl. Chris Roy of the Killington Police Department led the investigation, which concluded with Lavoy’s arrest.

Lavoy was issued a citation and is scheduled to appear in Rutland District court to answer to the charges.
