Nashua woman arrested on multiple counts of felony forgery

NASHUA –– A Massachusetts woman was arrested on multiple counts of felony forgery charges Friday, according to the Nashua Police Department.

Erin Casoli, 39, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, was arrested on a Nashua Police Department warrant for felony forgery.

Additional felony forgery charges originated from incidents in Londonderry and Amherst, New Hampshire.

An officer with the Nashua Police Department took a report of an attempted cashing of a fraudulent check for several thousand dollars on December 19, 2022.

Detectives furthered the investigation and determined that Casoli was responsible for uttering a forged check at a Nashua bank.

An arrest warrant was applied for and granted, charging Casoli with Forgery – Class B Felony. She was also charged with one count of Attempted Theft by Deception, a Class A Felony.
