Nashua man arrested on second-degree assault charges

NASHUA –– A local man was arrested by Nashua Police Department on charges of second-degree assault, domestic violence and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Thomas Eosue, 25, was taken into custody on a felony arrest warrant following an investigation into a reported domestic dispute at a residence on September 14.

The victim claimed that Eosue had choked her during a physical altercation in the early morning hours of September 11, 2023.

Upon further investigation, detectives concluded that Eosue was responsible for strangling the female victim and damaging her cell phone during the incident.

The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Eosue was held on preventative detention and is set for arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court.
