Two more arrested in Plymouth drug investigation

PLYMOUTH –– The Plymouth Police Department made two more arrests in their ongoing investigation into the distribution and sale of controlled drugs.

A 43-year-old man was arrested on Sept. 14 on a warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled drug and two counts of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to sell.

He was released on bail and is now awaiting his court hearing in the Grafton County Superior Court.

On the same day, the Plymouth Police arrested the 67-year-old owner of a residence on Cummings Hill Rd.

She was charged with “Controlled Premises Where Drugs are Kept.”

The woman was bailed and is also awaiting her court hearing, which will be at the Plymouth Circuit Court.

The arrests are linked to a search warrant that was previously executed at the residence on Cummings Hill Rd.

The Plymouth Police Department continues to work with local law enforcement agencies as part of their ongoing investigation.

According to Chief Hutchins, the investigation is active and further charges, arrests, and search warrants related to the drug investigation are expected.
