POWNAL — Two people were cited for unlawful trespass following an incident in Pownal on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were notified of a trespassing complaint at a home on US Route 7 at around 7:35 p.m.
Police allege that George Packard, 43, of Bennington, and Jessica Yandow, 45, of Bennington, had both been asked to leave a home on Saturday and continued to stay against the owner’s wishes.
Both were issued citations to appear in court on October 23 for the charge.
