WATERBURY — A 38-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Waterbury on Wednesday.
Police say they executed a search warrant at the Wallace Street address as part of an ongoing investigation.
During the search, police say they seized substances that tested positive for cocaine base, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
On Friday, Matthew May was issued a citation to appear in court on October 5.
Police say they are requesting that anyone with additional information contact the Vermont State Police.
