Two-vehicle crash with injuries in Mount Holly

MOUNT HOLLY — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Mount Holly today.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 103, in the area of Shunpike Road, at around 9:25 a.m.

According to the report, Joshua Lambert, 46, of Clarendon, was headed north on Vermont Route 103 when he crossed the center line and collided with Susan Zackarian, 66, of West Greenwich, RI, who was traveling south on Vermont Route 103.

Police say the collision occurred in a sideswipe manner.

Zackarian was transported by Rescue to the Rutland Regional Medical Center for precautionary evaluation.

Police say one juvenile passenger was onboard Zackarian’s vehicle.

Both vehicles were towed away from the scene due to disabling damage.

State Police were assisted on the scene by the Mount Holly Volunteer Rescue Squad, Mount Holly Fire Department, and VTRANS.
