WEST RUTLAND — A 50-year-old man was arrested following an incident in West Rutland today.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release on Main Street at around 9:50 a.m.
Police allege that Scott Kupiec, of West Rutland, had violated his court order conditions of release.
Police say Kupiec allegedly violated court ordered conditions.
He was released on a citation to appear in court.
