RANDOLPH — A 82-year-old man from Florida was killed during a single-vehicle crash in Randolph today.
The crash took place on I-89 north at around 11:20 a.m.
The driver was identified as Robert Worthington, of Punta Gorda, FL.
During the investigation, police say that the vehicle veered off the road due to a medical event, then into several trees beyond the shoulder of the road.
EMS and Fire Rescue responded, as well as the Dartmouth Hitchcock Advanced Response Team by helicopter.
A 76-year-old woman passenger sustained minor injuries and was also transported to Dartmouth Medical Center.
Police say the crash is still under active investigation at this time.
