MIDDLEBURY — A 58-year-old man from Ferrisburgh was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Middlebury yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after an observed motor vehicle violation on High Street at around 4:50 p.m.
The driver was identified as Bruce Jestice.
While speaking to Jestice, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
Jestice was screened for DUI and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI #2.
He was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
Troopers were assisted by members of the Vergennes Police Department.
