MANCHESTER –– Local police are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect believed to be connected to the theft of two bicycles from a River Front Drive parking garage.
The suspect was caught on camera allegedly stealing the bikes in two separate incidents.
The first bike was reported stolen on the evening of July 12.
The second theft occurred in the early morning hours of July 13.
